It’s been a crazy couple of weeks since RPS Insurrextion 2 so I haven’t had a chance to write, unfortunately. After a whole week of nothing but assistance work last week, we were finally allowed to touch a barbell this week. Sunday marks the first day of a new training cycle and I can’t wait to get back to preparing for my next SM show.
