Wasn’t able to post all of last weeks training but felt great. Hit PR’s on board press and block pull

A1) DE Box Squat w/ chains

-8×2@155+chains

-2×1@185+chains

A2) Log Clean and Press (clean both)

-10×2@160

B1) chest supported KB row/bent over kb row

-5×6@32k

B2) Stone shouldering

-3x3e/

C1) yoke pick w/ 5s hold

-4×6@570/660/660/610

 

Notes:

-box squats and log felt good

-stone was too slippery

-tough to figure out yoke height training with a 6’8 guy.
