Brandon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), a USA Weightlifting Level 1 Performance Coach (USAW) as well as a Functional Range Conditioning mobility specialist (FRCms). Brandon earned a B.S. in Kinesiology, with a concentration in Fitness Development, from SUNY Cortland. During his undergrad, Brandon was a member of the Cortland football team where he started 2 years as a Longsnapper and contributed as a Defensive Lineman and Linebacker. Following his senior season, Brandon was invited to, and participated in, one of 10 NFL Regional Combines for skill as a Longsnapper. Currently, Brandon coaches at Healthtrax Fitness and Wellness as well as independently.

Brandon trains for Strongman at Gaglione Strength and recently competed in his first event where he placed 4th in the Novice Lightweight division. He recently competed in his first Powerlifting meet where he squatted 345, benched 230 and deadlifted 425 totaling 1,000 at a body weight of 194.

Brandon believes that strength is the limiting factor in quality of life and he has dedicated his life to helping others find what strength means to them. Strength above all else…
